Order Your Brookdale Yearbook Today! All orders must be placed by March 19. Complete the sign up form below (by clicking the google link), then submit payment. You can pay via Paypal (a small processing fee is added), cash or via check made out to “Brookdale PTA.”

Option 1: Pay at school via cash or check

  1. Seal payments in an envelope that includes your child’s name & classroom
  2. Drop envelopes in the PTA basket inside the school vestibule by March 19
  3. Checks must be made payable to “Brookdale PTA”

Option 2: Pay Online via PayPal

  1. Click the “Donate” button below to make your yearbook payment securely online through PayPal.
  2. Enter your final total ($16 per each yearbook, plus $3 for each prideline).
  3. You have two options for payment:
    • “Donate with PayPal” and donate by logging in to your PayPal account
    • “Donate with a Debit or Credit Card” to make a donation (no PayPal account needed)
  4. Please enter the child’s last name and grade before submitting your payment via PayPal.
