Naperville Police Department’s Bike Safety & Walker Initiative

Naperville Police Department will be instituting a back-to-school bike safety initiative: “Establishing Good Habits Early.”  One of the objectives of the initiative is to set the expectations of bicycle and walking safety early in the year to prevent poor habits from developing.  Brookdale School has been chosen to take part in the initiative.  This program was conducted last year with great success and we look forward to another year of keeping our children safe while walking and biking to school.  Naperville Police Department personnel will be around our school in the morning rewarding those students exhibiting safe biking habits with a red bike reflector.
