Dear Parents,
We are excited to hold our PTA Fall Party this Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Although this party falls on Halloween, we are not celebrating this holiday but rather having a fall focus in the parties. Children are encouraged to wear fall or holiday shirts but costumes, masks or decorating make-up are not allowed during the school day.
Also, if you are volunteering for the PTA Party, please know that we need all parents to sign the attached Volunteer Application Form and have their IDs scanned prior to the start of the party. If you have not had your ID scanned this school year, please try to stop in any day this week prior to the party to limit any delay you would have into getting to the party on time. You can print off the form and bring with you if we have not received one this year. The Volunteer Application form is required by IPSD #204 annually.
