Presentation of the Slate of Candidates for the 2018-2019 PTA Executive Committee

The Brookdale PTA Nominating Committee submits the following nominations for officers of the Brookdale PTA for the 2018-2019 school year:

For President	Heather McLean
For Vice President	Ann Cotner
For Secretary	Megan Happ
For Treasurer	Rebecca Yonan

As you will notice, a qualified candidate for President has not yet been found. Nominations of qualified candidates from the floor will be accepted at the meeting on April 4, when the Executive Board Election will be held. If a President is not in place prior to the final PTA meeting of the school year on May 29, a discussion will be held on disbanding the Brookdale PTA. Brookdale PTA cannot continue without a President.

• Budget surplus proposal presentations. No vote will be held.

Wednesday, April 4

• Nominations from the floor will be accepted
• PTA member vote on officers of the Brookdale PTA for the 2018-2019 school year
• State of the PTA: each PTA committee will provide a brief report on the initiatives and events coordinated throughout the school year

Tuesday, May 29
2:00pm

• Final PTA meeting of the school year
