You can a make a great impression on 500 families and gain free advertising, too! Just donate merchandise or a gift certificate to the Brookdale Elementary School PTA Silent Auction, and the entire neighborhood will know you care – and keep your company top-of-mind.
Brookdale Elementary School is in northwest Naperville in the Brookdale subdivision and home to over 500 students. The school’s PTA is presently planning its annual Spring Fling fundraising event slated for Friday, April 15, 2016. The event celebrates students’ achievements and hard work throughout the year, and helps to raise money for PTA-sponsored events such as field trips, classroom supplies, guest speakers and special events.
The Spring Fling is a fun-filled carnival that has become enormously popular with the students, parents and faculty. In addition to tasty food and entertaining games and prizes, a significant fundraising activity of the Spring Fling is the Silent Auction.
We are asking local businesses to help make the Silent Auction a success by contributing merchandise and/or gift certificates. In return, donation businesses receive:
- Company name displayed at the Spring Fling event
- Company name mentioned during the Silent Auction
- Recognition in the Brookdale Elementary School PTA Newsletter
Your donation is tax deductible as the PTA is a non-profit organization (donation receipts are promptly mailed upon request).
